Mason City Civil War Council would like to take this opportunity to invite you to our 15th annual Civil War Battle & Encampment.   Medical Personnel check-in is Thursday; Normal Check-in is Friday. Please see Medical Page for more information.

     We are returning to the summer of 1863 in an arena that was then called “the western theater.”  Along with our usual activities we will also be hosting the national organization of The Field Hospital and their annual summer Medical demonstration. Join us in welcoming Civil War surgeons from all over the United States as they display their skill and knowledge. We will also be welcoming the elite of the artillerymen as they demonstrate their skills during the School of the Artillery (see the schedule page for more details).

     This promises to be an exciting event and we are anticipating a large number of participants and spectators.
